Q: How and when will I receive my software? A: Delivery is 100% digital and completely free. Q: Where do I download the software from? A: We provide official download links directly from Microsoft (e.g., setup.office.com). You will enter your key on the official Microsoft portal, bind it to your Microsoft account, and download the software securely.
Q: Can I transfer my Office 2021 license to a new computer? A: Office 2021 Professional Plus is a 1-PC license. However, because it binds to your Microsoft Account, you can transfer it to a new PC provided you uninstall it from the original machine first.

Q: Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase? A: Microsoft Office 2021 is a one-time purchase. You pay once and own it forever with no recurring fees. Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) is a yearly subscription that includes 1TB of cloud storage and continuous feature updates. (Note: Only include the 365 part if you are actually selling it).
Q: Will Office 2021 Professional Plus work on a Mac? A: No. Office 2021 Professional Plus is exclusively designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11. If you are a Mac user, we recommend purchasing Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 Home & Business for Mac.

Q: What if I need help installing the software? A: Every purchase includes a step-by-step installation guide. If you run into any errors, our support team is available at [email protected] to assist you with the activation process.
Q: Do you offer refunds? A: Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds once a valid product key has been delivered and viewed. However, if you purchase a key by mistake and contact us before it is emailed to you, we can cancel the order. If a key is proven defective, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
