We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Item Condition & Digital Goods Exceptions Due to the nature of digital software keys, we can only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- The software license key has not been redeemed, activated, or registered on any device or Microsoft account.
- The license key is proven to be defective or invalid at the time of delivery.
- Exceptions: We cannot issue refunds for digital keys that have already been successfully activated, or if your device does not meet the minimum system requirements for the software.
Return Process To initiate a return or report a defective key, please follow these exact steps:
- Email our support team at [[email protected]] with the subject line “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
- Include a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. If the key is defective, please attach a full-screen screenshot of the error message.
- Our team will verify the activation status of the key with the manufacturer. We will respond within 2 business days with the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method If your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. We do not offer store credit.
Return Shipping Costs Because our products are delivered digitally via email, there are no physical return shipping costs for either the customer or the business.
